ABOUT

Born and raised in New York City, Daniel Hank has travelled and filmed across the globe in a career spanning over 20 years.

 

He has produced many studio and independent features as well as hundreds of hours of high-budget scripted television series all over the United States and around the world. Daniel is also an award-winning commercial producer who has done over 950 broadcast television commercials.

 

Based in New York, Daniel’s recent Producing credits include Back to Black and Cat Person with StudioCanal Production and Shortcomings for Topic Studios, both of which premiered at Sundance Film Festival. He also Produced The Home, featuring Pete Davidson, as well as the New York Unit of Back to Black for Focus Features. Other recent credits include Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom for WARNER BROTHERS, Wilderness for AMAZON PRIME VIDEO, Run for HBO, Grand Army for NETFLIX, Love, Victor for HULU, The Other Two for COMEDY CENTRAL, Truth Be Told for APPLE TV, and Uncle Drew for LIONSGATE.  He’s also worked on the hit NBC series This is Us in Philadelphia, and Most Dangerous Game for the AMAZON PRIME VIDEO in Detroit.

 

Daniel has also overseen many award-winning series during his tenures as Vice President and Head of East Coast Production for MARVEL TELEVISION, and Vice President of Production for AMC NETWORKS.  He was responsible for physical production as well as production finance and post-production.  He has also provided consulting services for many companies including ENDEAVOR CONTENT and CHANNEL 4 TELEVISION in the UK

 

He has been a guest lecturer at BOSTON UNIVERSITY, EMERSON COLLEGE,

ITHACA COLLEGE, SYRACUSE UNIVERSITY, NEW YORK FILM ACADEMY, and

NEW YORK UNIVERSITY.

 

He is longtime active member in good standing of the PRODUCERS GUILD OF AMERICA, DIRECTORS GUILD OF AMERICA, AND THE ACADEMY OF TELEVISION ARTS AND SCIENCES.
